The spring football game will take place at 7 pm on Wednesday, May 24th, 2017 at Spruce Creek High School. The Atlantic Sharks will take on the Rockledge High Raiders for their first game of the pre-season. Not only will there be an exciting football game to watch, but there will also be an end-of-school community event. With food trucks, live music, and a DJ, the night will surely be one to remember.
The game is open to all students, parents, teachers, friends, faculty, and staff. Come out and support your fellow Sharks and celebrate the end of the school year! Tickets will be on sale every day during lunch from May 22nd to May 24th, 2017, or at the event. Tickets will be priced at $6.00 for students and parking at the event will be $3.00.
This game will be an exclusive preview of the new era of Atlantic football under the leadership of new head coach, Kendall Bradley.
“This season will be an unveiling of what Atlantic football will be in the future,” says Coach Bradley. “But this is just the beginning.”
This game will also give a preview of the Class of 2018 upcoming seniors and the rest of the Atlantic football talent. It will also set the tone for the rest of the season.
“Coming to the game, students should expect to see a change in Atlantic football,” says Timothy Gabbert (‘18), last year’s inside and middle linebacker. “Last year, we had a huge improvement from the previous year, and this year we expect the same. This game is the first step to making it to the playoffs, which is our goal.”
